  25.     No kidding, why on earth should we abandon our system?  A500 systems
  26. with only one disk drive has its own purpose I'll bet, but if a user like it,
  27. let it be used, I just have not seen any significant software (IMHO) that will 
  28. run in a base A500.  Never.

  34.     Agree.  Definitely, unless my A4000 burns out on me, the rest of my 
  35. Amigas are inconsequential.

  40.     Nothing that complicated here, but if PPC does come out and the 
  41. EMPLANT and Toaster is ported to it, then I would buy it and use the existing 
  42. systems as emergency backups.  There is absolutely no reason for me to change 
  43. my systems or to upgrade them while it is still more than sufficient, and 
  44. especially when there are virtually no difference between older systems and
  45. the new ESCOM does not offer any advantage(s) other than one additional Zorro
  46. slot.
